Terms of service

Useful signals, clear expectations.

These terms describe the RivetSift Austin weekly leads subscription, the free founding sample, and the limits that keep public construction records in context.

At a glance

The short version

One Austin-focused, source-audited issue is intended for commercial cleaning sales research.

The paid plan is $99/month, billed monthly, and can be canceled anytime.

Public records are signals, not guarantees of work, contact, or revenue.

Effective September 13, 2026.

01 / Service

The Austin weekly leads subscription

RivetSift’s austin-weekly-leads plan is one focused, source-audited Austin construction issue delivered weekly for commercial cleaning sales research. The price is $99/month on a monthly recurring billing schedule. You may cancel anytime.

You are charged only after choosing the paid checkout path and completing the hosted payment flow. A signup, free sample request, or abandoned checkout does not by itself create a paid subscription.

02 / Cancellation

Ending future renewals and delivery

Cancellation ends future subscription renewal and weekly delivery according to the payment provider’s effective cancellation state. This app does not currently offer an in-app cancellation portal, so send cancellation questions or requests to rivetsift-3@polsia.app.

RivetSift will use the payment provider’s recorded state when determining whether future issues should be delivered. Do not send payment-card numbers by email.

03 / Free path

Free sample limitations

The free founding/sample path is separate from the paid subscription. It provides an Austin-only, source-audited sample so you can inspect the format and evidence. The sample may show visible gaps, unknowns, stale records, missing fields, or contact details that still need verification.

What the sample does not promise

A sample is limited and nonexclusive. It does not promise ongoing weekly delivery, a job, a buyer, a cleaning opportunity, a particular lead count, or a commercial result.

04 / Use

Acceptable use

You may use RivetSift issues for your internal commercial-sales research and lawful, relevant follow-up. You are responsible for reviewing each source and complying with the laws and rules that apply to your outreach.

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, or spam.
  • Do not impersonate a person or company or misrepresent your purpose.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or other safeguards.
  • Do not resell or redistribute RivetSift issues or contact information.

05 / Source data

Public records are signals, not guarantees

RivetSift uses the City of Austin Open Data permits feed and links back to the original public record. Review the City’s original public source and terms before acting on an issue.

Public records may be incomplete, delayed, changed, stale, duplicated, missing fields, or unrelated to a future cleaning opportunity. RivetSift does not guarantee project awards, cleaning demand, contact accuracy, contact response, or revenue. Recipients must review the underlying source before contacting anyone.

06 / Delivery gate

When a live issue can go out

Live issue delivery is operationally held until the completed post-dry-run issue receives owner approval and at least three eligible Austin signups are available. This gate protects the quality and readiness of the first delivery.

QA flags, stale records, missing evidence, or delivery failures can hold back or limit content. A weekly issue is not guaranteed to contain a particular number of leads, and a paid subscription does not override these operational checks.
