Question 1

What does RivetSift cover in Austin?

Accepted Answer

RivetSift focuses on Austin-area commercial construction signals that may point to post-build cleaning work. We look for projects with public evidence of activity or an award. A signal can help you decide where to look next, but it is not a promise of a contract, scope, timing, or buyer.

Question 2

What do I receive each week?

Accepted Answer

You receive one Austin-focused issue by email each week: a concise shortlist of construction signals worth evaluating for commercial cleaning sales. Each lead includes project context, its source, and notes explaining why it was included, with stale or unconfirmed information called out plainly.

Question 3

How much does the Austin weekly leads service cost?

Accepted Answer

The service is $99/month. It includes one focused Austin issue each week, with source context and clear uncertainty notes so you can decide which opportunities deserve a real follow-up.

Question 4

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Choose “Start for $99/mo” in the site navigation to open the Austin weekly leads offer on Pricing. The signup form continues to the payment provider’s hosted checkout to complete payment.

Question 5

Does payment automatically start weekly delivery?

Accepted Answer

Payment and approval for weekly issue delivery are separate. Only accounts with an active paid subscription that are approved for delivery are included. If your paid account is still pending, contact RivetSift through the Contact page.

Question 6

When are weekly issues sent?

Accepted Answer

Issues are scheduled for Monday mornings, Central Time. Delivery depends on the account being approved and the issue being ready, so timing can vary.

Question 7

How are the sources and records checked?

Accepted Answer

Every lead is tied to a public source link and reviewed for the source date and activity notes available there. RivetSift checks that the record is relevant to the Austin construction signal it describes, then flags stale, duplicate, or unconfirmed details instead of presenting them as certain. We show what the source supports and leave unknowns visible.

Question 8

What if a lead is wrong, stale, or not useful?

Accepted Answer

Use the report link included with the lead in the weekly issue to flag an inaccurate, stale, duplicate, or otherwise unhelpful record. Include a short reason so we know what to review.

Question 9

What happens when I unsubscribe from a weekly issue?

Accepted Answer

The unsubscribe link in a weekly issue stops future weekly emails. It does not cancel paid billing. Use the Contact page for billing or cancellation questions.

Question 10

How can I contact RivetSift?

Accepted Answer

Use the Contact page’s form or its displayed email option for pending approval, billing or cancellation, and other support questions.
